Noir Cigar is intended solely for tobacco consumers who are 21 years of age or older. By using this app, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
Creating an account is optional. If you create one, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You may permanently delete your account at any time from Settings.
Reviews, cigar Registry submissions, and feedback you submit ("User-Generated Content") must be your own honest, factual contribution. Offensive, hateful, obscene, harassing, illegal, or otherwise objectionable content is strictly prohibited and will be removed. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to reject, edit, or remove any submission and to suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate this policy. Community Registry submissions are reviewed before appearing publicly.
Noir Cigar offers one optional, one-time purchase: Remove Ads for $3.00 USD (price may vary by region and is set by the app store). This purchase is non-subscription, non-recurring, and tied to your app store account — use "Restore Purchases" in Settings to reapply it after reinstalling or switching devices. Purchases are processed through your device's app store and managed via RevenueCat; refunds are handled by the app store's own refund policy, not by us directly.
You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to disrupt its operation, scrape or resell its content, or use it for any unlawful purpose, including facilitating the sale or marketing of tobacco products to minors.
You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for any account that violates these Terms.
Noir Cigar is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of community-submitted or catalog content. See our Tobacco & Informational Disclaimer for more detail.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Noir Cigar and its developers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
